However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our current Return Policy.

Sales Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 7 days from the purchase (shipment) date.

To be eligible for a return, your product  must be unused, unworn with any tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. 

 

Please note Pre-Order products are non-refundable.

Refund Policy 

If there is damage to an item upon delivery, All customers must first provide photos and an explanation of the defect to info@meverde.com. Once the defect is confirmed, MEVERDE will offer a refund.

Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
